On 25th December 1908 when Robert was 30, he married Agnes Gibson, in Bridgeton Glasgow.
5 Agnes Gibson. Born on 26th August 1882 23:50 in Old Manse Mauchline. Agnes died in 15 Millbrae Crescent Clydebank on 18th September 1969, she was 87. Occupation: French Polisher.
6 Henry Burns. Born on February 5th 1887 in 18 Reid Street Glasgow. Henry died in Victoria Infirmary Glasgow on 24th June 1960 11:15am, he was 73. Buried on 27th June 1960 in Sandymount Cemetery see notes. Occupation: Iron Turner. Religion: Protestant.

8 Matthew Turnbull. Born on 20th June 1850 in Parish of Barony. Matthew died in Royal Infirmary Glasgow on 28th September 1908, he was 58. Occupation: Millwright (Journeyman). Religion: Church of Scotland.
On 4th December 1876 when Matthew was 26, he married Agnes Riddell, in 79 Stonelaw Street Rutherglen.
9 Agnes Riddell. Born in 1852/1854 in Rutherglen Lanarkshire. Agnes died in 253 Duke Street Glasgow on 5th December 1929 10.05pm, she was 77. Occupation: Power Loom Weaver.
11 Elizabeth Gibson. Born on 3rd March 1863 in Mauchline. Elizabeth died in Duke Street Hospital Glasgow on 23rd March 1926, she was 63. Buried in Janefield Cemetery (Common Ground). Occupation: Fancy Box Maker.
12 Hugh Burns. Born in 1850 in Glasgow. Hugh died in Barnhill Poorhouse on 31st May 1887, he was 37. Occupation: Power Loom Beamer 1881 Census.
On 4th March 1869 when Hugh was 19, he married Margaret McPhilamy, in Dennistoun Glasgow.
13 Margaret McPhilamy. Born in 1849 in Dalry. Margaret died in 71 Dale Street on 21st February 1924 6.40 am, she was 75.
14 Charles Forbes. Occupation: Engine Keeper.
On 29th August 1883 Charles married Margaret Dunbar M.S. Higgins, in Lockhart House Dennistoun.
